This Privacy Policy applies to NeonPath (the "App") and is provided by JEROME L ROWSER (the developer and operator of the App, referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). It explains how NeonPath accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the App.

We aim to collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the App to operate and for us to understand general app performance. Based on the current implementation information provided for NeonPath, the App's primary privacy-relevant permission is com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID.

2.1 Advertising ID (AD_ID) - detailed disclosure

NeonPath may access your device's Advertising ID (also called "AD_ID") through Google Play services. The Advertising ID is a user-resettable device identifier provided by Android / Google Play services. This identifier is obtained from your device when you use the App.

What is collected: the Advertising ID assigned to your device profile and, where applicable, associated technical context needed to process analytics events, such as timestamps, app version, device type, operating system version, and similar diagnostic metadata that may accompany analytics processing.

How it is collected: the App accesses the Advertising ID locally on your device via Android / Google Play services APIs after the App is installed and run on a supported device.

From whom it is collected: this data is collected from the user's device and the operating environment made available by Android / Google Play services while the user interacts with NeonPath.

Why it is collected: according to the information provided for NeonPath, the Advertising ID is used for analytics / measurement purposes only, such as understanding aggregated app usage, measuring app performance, preventing duplicate counting, evaluating general engagement trends, and improving the App. It is not intended to be used to directly identify you by name.

Who may receive it: the Advertising ID and related analytics information may be processed by us and by analytics or measurement service providers acting on our behalf, if such services are integrated into the App. We do not state that NeonPath sells your personal information, and we do not use the Advertising ID to determine your real-world identity.

Important device-level control: because the Advertising ID is controlled by your Android device / Google Play services, you can usually reset or delete it from your device settings subject to Android version and device support.

2.2 Information we do not intentionally request through permissions

Based on the permission information provided for NeonPath, the App does not intentionally request access to your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, microphone, camera, precise location, photos, files, calendar, or other sensitive permissions through the App for its normal operation.

We may use collected information to:

• operate, maintain, and improve NeonPath;
• analyze overall usage and engagement trends;
• measure app performance and stability;
• diagnose bugs, errors, and technical issues; and
• comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights where necessary.

We do not describe NeonPath as selling personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including analytics, app improvement, troubleshooting, security, compliance, and recordkeeping. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or de-identify it where reasonably practical, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Because the Advertising ID is a user-resettable identifier controlled at the device level, you may also reset or delete it via supported Android settings, which can limit continued association of future app activity with the prior identifier.

We do not currently provide a separate web page or online self-service portal dedicated to deleting data. However, users may request deletion or inquire about deletion by contacting us directly using the contact details listed in this Privacy Policy.

To request deletion, please send a request by email to pulseinteractive.jerome@gmail.com and include enough information for us to understand and verify your request. Where applicable and legally required, we will review the request and delete, de-identify, or restrict relevant data within a reasonable period, subject to technical limitations and any legal or operational retention obligations.

If the data concerned is your Android Advertising ID, you may also be able to reset or delete the Advertising ID directly from your Android device settings. Because the Advertising ID is provided at the device / platform level, this may be the most direct method to stop continued use of that specific identifier for future analytics processing.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have one or more of the following rights regarding your personal data:

• the right to know whether we process your data;
• the right to request access to the data we hold about you;
• the right to request correction of inaccurate data;
• the right to request deletion of data, subject to legal exceptions;
• the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing;
• the right to request portability of data where applicable; and
• the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur where permitted by law.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, legal requirements, or Google Play requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App or through the app listing.
